Powerful central dust extraction with a high air flow rate to collect and filter dry and hazardous dusts.
Specially developed for the reliable extraction and filtration of dusts which occur during various work processes.
Critical fine dusts are reliably aspirated and filtered.
Pneumatic filter cleaning via PLC controller.
The volume flow is stepless adjustable.
1st filter stage: Dust class M
M-filter cartridges polyester fleece, aluminium coated or with PTFE-membrane.
As an upgrade:
2nd filter stage: Dust class H
filter cassette (H13/H14)
Including filter differential pressure measurement for filter monitoring.
Longopac disposal:
“Endless”-plastic bag for easy and contamination-free disposal of the aspirated material.
Longopac-hopper: Heavy duty flap or pneumatically operated discharge for very light dusts.
230 Volt version as well as such including UL-components and special voltages are available on request.

Vibratory motor for filter cleaning
Doses a filter aid into the extraction unit in fixed cycles. The filters are then coated with a “sacrificial layer” and thus are protected from e.g. sticky adhesions, which otherwise cannot be cleaned of the filter. The filter life cycle is being extended and the filtration results are improved.
