Extraction during polishing work

The polishing of surfaces (e.g. plastic or metal) causes very fine dust emissions. They not only influence production quality, but are also harmful to health and often toxic. Therefore the safe collection and filtration of these dusts by extraction systems is necessary for the cleanliness of production machines and rooms. In addition, care is taken to protect the health of employees. This must be taken into account:

  • Selection of dust class H
  • EX-protection for metal dusts (e.g. aluminium)
  • Low-contamination disposal of the collected dust
