Powerful industrial vacuums for vacuuming up all dry dusts – from coarse dirt to microparticles (μm)
High quality standards – Well constructed bypass aggregates, silenced turbo fan. Sturdy, smooth running chassis for high mobility. Compact modular structure with high quality stainless steel dirt container (V2A). Cyclone separator for better pre-separating of fine dust particle and coarse material.
1st filter stage:
Dust class M: Resistant polyester needle felt filter with PUR membrane, high filtering power for long service life.
Alternatively available as upgrade: Cartridge filter VA/Polyester antistatic. (Filter area depending on model 1,0 m² or 1,6 m²)
2nd filter stage:
Dust class H:“Absolute”- cartridge filter (H14).
Effective, easy to use filter cleaning, manually or via atmospheric pressure, for high filter effect and long operating intervals without interruption. Vacuum gauge for filter monitoring. Patented, tool less filter change– easy and safe for staff and maintenance.
Wide range of disposal options: Dirt container 25/35/50 litres or via Longopac endless-bag.
ECODustPro 12 Asbestos version. DGUV-certificated according to TRGS519 for the extraction of carcinogenic asbestos dusts. ECODustPro 24 ASBESTOS version meets the requirements for the extraction of asbestos according to TRGS 519.
ECODustPro 15 and 15 WB clean room upgrade: With enclosed motor head.
Inert version for wet separation: ECODustPro 15 WB. For passivation of explosive dusts such as aluminium or titanium. CE conformity according to DIN-EN 60335-2-69 incl. Annex AA as well as 2014/34/EU ATEX Zone 22.
1st filter stage: liquid bath separator
2nd filter stage: Demister, VA filter 1.5 m²
3rd filter stage: H14 filter cartridge 1.7 m²
Length of the connection cable: 8m
In delivery included: 3,5 m hose Ø 40 mm und crevice nozzle.
