Extraction for silos and agriculture
Any type of storage or silo – for example feed, grain, sugar, flour or maize silos – must be cleaned regularly. The dust produced during the cleaning process contains bacteria and mould spores and therefore represents a high health hazard. An industrial vacuum cleaner is always preferable to cleaning with a scaffold and broom. This must be taken into account:
- High degree of dust separation (dust class H)
- Explosion protection class at least Zone 22
