PreCoat filter protection unit

PreCoat filter protection unit – dosed in fixed cycles for long filter service life and optimum filtration results

The filters are coated with a “sacrificial layer” to protect them from sticky deposits, for example, which otherwise cannot be cleaned off the filter.

  • Protects the filter and increases the filter service life
  • Refill the PreCoat material by simply replacing the container
  • Automatic dosing with compressed air

Alternatively also suitable as an admixture to reduce the reactivity of complicated dusts.

Including fill level monitoring PreCoat container:
Sensor monitors the fill level of the dirt container. Evaluation takes place via the PLC. Processing of the signals according to customer agreement.

The filter service life is extended and the filtration result improved.
Compressed air-controlled dosing unit including 20 kg container with ready-to-use EVOMIN precoat powder.
