Our history
Almost 40 years ago, our founder Horst Blankenburg, then still a sole trader, would hardly have expected that the modest company in his private home would one day grow into a global supplier for large industrial groups. But this is precisely the story of our family business, which has achieved great things from small beginnings.
Founded by a visionary father who laid the foundations with passion and tireless commitment, the company is now in the capable hands of his son. As Managing Director, he and his wife successfully continue to run the company by combining traditional values with modern management. Our roots as a family business characterize not only our corporate culture, but also our dealings with customers and partners.
The next generation, represented by two dedicated sons who have already taken on permanent roles in the company, is already in place to continue the legacy and carry it into the future. This seamless transition across generations ensures the continuation of our values and unwavering commitment to quality and service.
Our journey is proof that seemingly simple ideas can become true success stories with the right mix of tradition, innovation and family cohesion. We look back on over four decades of challenges and successes and look forward to the future, where we will continue to not only meet but exceed the expectations of our global customers.
