    Inert industrial vacuum cleaner with water bath for safety-critical applications

    Inert safety vacuum cleaners with water baths are used wherever reactive or potentially explosive dusts need to be safely collected and passivated. There is an increased risk of reactivity or explosive dust-air mixtures, particularly with metallic Fine Dusts such as aluminum, titanium, copper or cobalt-chrome.
    Inert industrial vacuum cleaners by EVOTEC work according to the inert process with an integrated liquid bath in which the vacuumed material is immediately bound and passivated. Critical dusts are safely separated in the liquid medium, which prevents uncontrolled dust turbulence or reaction. The systems are designed for continuous industrial use and meet the requirements of safety-critical applications, for example in additive manufacturing or when cleaning systems with reactive metal dusts.
