High-Performance, Compressed-Air-Powered Inert Safety Vacuum with Water Bath
High-performance industrial vacuum cleaner with a liquid-bath separator integrated into the dust collection bin for extracting explosive, reactive, and settled metal dusts such as aluminum, copper, titanium. In this inert process, the explosive and reactive material being extracted is passivated by the liquid bath.
Critical Fine Dust particles are bound to a liquid separation medium (e.g., water)— in accordance with VDI 3405.
Large wet separator tank with a safety device for passivating the media drawn in:
Minimum level = 25 liters
Maximum Level = 35 liters
Simple and fast optical level monitoring (minimum and maximum fill levels) to ensure an adequate liquid level.
The degassing valve prevents the buildup of gases and vapors.
Additional special VA filters plus an H14 filter cartridge for reliable filtration in dust class H according to EN 60335-2-69 and EN 62487.
Compressed Air Ejectors – High-Performance Compressed Air Version. Note: External compressed air required! (Operating pressure 6–10 bar)
