Filter cyclone upgrade FEX 1000.1:
Rear-mounted, highly effective cyclone pre-separatorfor pre-separating larger quantities of Fine Dust/particles up to 3 µm - Increases filter service life and reduces consumable costs.
Particle discharge (up to 97%) takes place in the removable 10-liter dirt container, which can be emptied or replaced in a user-friendly and low-contamination manner.
Powerful welding and soldering fume extraction with configurable design
The new FEX 1000.1 extraction system impresses with its process-adaptable, compact design and low overall height, which means it can also be used as an under-counter unit. But not at the expense of performance :
The EC blower, which is designed for continuous operation, generates a large volume of air, ensuring the reliable capture of welding fumes, soldering fumes and airborne dust . The capture method can be configuredaccording to your requirements: extraction with up to two hoses, with connections either at the rear or at the top. In addition, extraction is possible directly at the point of origin using an extraction arm.
The 2-stage combination filter system with HEPA filter then ensures thorough, safe filtration . The user-friendly, low-contamination filter change is ensured by the application-oriented design with front-accessible filter chamber. Furthermore, the permanently installed cyclone separator ensures a longer filter service life and therefore lower consumables costs.
HEPA filter and cyclone separator for maximum filtration and safety
HEPA filters and adsorption filtersconsist of a sturdy MDF box with seal and are fully incinerable. Thanks to the separate design, you can configure your filter system to suit the application and replace it separately depending on the load.
As a storage filter, an empty frame can be configured according to your requirements with a wide range of suitable filter inserts. The W3-compliant version requires the use of an expanded metal filter as spark protection. (In combination with empty storage filter frame + filter insert + expanded metal filter).

Cyclone separator for longer filter service life and lower consumables costs
The cyclone separator upgrade (074-2120) includes a highly effective cyclone pre-separator permanently installed at the rear, including a 10-liter dirt container. This ensures the pre-separation of larger quantities of Fine Dust/particles up to 3 µm and consequently protects the filters. This increases the filter service life and reduces consumable costs. Particle discharge (up to 97%) takes place in the removable 10-liter dirt container, which can be emptied or replaced in a user-friendly and low-contamination manner.
