Powerful welding and soldering fume extraction with configurable design
The new FEX 3000.1/ 3000.2 extraction systems impress with their process-adaptable design and extra-low sound pressure level (FEX 3000.2).
The EC blower, which is designed for continuous operation, generates a large volume of air, ensuring the reliable capture of welding fumes, soldering fumes and airborne dust . The capture method can be configuredaccording to your requirements: extraction with up to two hoses, with connections either at the rear or at the top. In addition, extraction is possible directly at the point of origin using an extraction arm.
The 3-stage combination filter system with HEPA filter then ensures thorough, safe filtration . The user-friendly, low-contamination filter change is ensured by the application-oriented design with front-accessible filter chamber.

HEPA filter for maximum filtration and safety
HEPA HEPA filters and adsorption filtersconsist of a sturdy MDF box with seal and are fully incinerable. Thanks to the separate design, you can configure your filter system to suit the application and replace it separately depending on the load.
As a storage filter, an empty frame can be configured according to your requirements with a wide range of suitable filter inserts. The W3-compliant version requires the use of an expanded metal filter as spark protection. (In combination with empty storage filter frame + filter insert + expanded metal filter).
