Further training as part of our corporate culture
at EVO-PRODUCTS
The development of efficient and durable machines is a high priority for us. However, the continuous development of our employees is just as important. For us, technical expertise, a sense of responsibility and practical relevance are inextricably linked.
We are therefore all the more pleased that our colleague Tim Schultz has successfully completed the Sustainability Manager course as part of the Ahrweiler District Administration's Sustainability Academy. The course was run in cooperation with TÜV Rheinland and provides practical knowledge about sustainable corporate management, ecological responsibility and strategic sustainability approaches in day-to-day operations.
We do not see sustainability as an abstract buzzword, but as a task that requires technical understanding, a structured approach and sound qualifications. Through targeted further training, we ensure that this knowledge is also available internally and can be incorporated into our processes, decisions and product developments in the long term.
For us, investing in further training is therefore always an investment in quality, future viability and responsible action - towards our customers, our employees and our environment.
