Sustainability through reliable and efficient extraction systems – often neglected details that ensure smooth operation
Evo-Products from Remagen contributes to more environmentally friendly production in industry with its extraction technologies.
Remagen, 27.09.2022 – Evo-Products, the manufacturer of industrial extraction technologies and industrial vacuum cleaners, is not only presenting its products and innovations at this year’s Powtech in Nuremberg, but also its holistic concept for sustainable production. The leading international trade fair is dedicated to technologies for powder, granulate and bulk solids processes.

In many industries, whether food production, pharmaceuticals, packaging or chemicals, a wide variety of waste and by-products are inevitably generated. Smoke, dust, liquids, emulsions and oils not only pose a risk to smooth production, but also to the health of employees and the environment. However, it is not only worth taking a detailed look at the factors that support production in order to reduce emissions. Current market developments are forcing industrial companies to manage their expenditure sustainably. For this reason, the extraction system manufacturer Evo-Products is focusing its innovative product range on conserving resources, increasing energy efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
It’s the details that matter
Based on the corporate purpose of Evo-Products Blankenburg GmbH – comprehensive extraction and safe binding of substances that are hazardous to health and the environment – the industrial company has developed a holistic sustainability concept. The aim is both to keep its own CO2 footprint as small as possible and to support the customer’s ecological and economic aspects. The fundamental components are energy efficiency, circular economy and durability. The manufacturer’s industrial vacuum cleaners and systems are designed to be consumption-efficient thanks to state-of-the-art drive technology and sensors, among other things. Furthermore, the materials used are of particularly high quality – V2A stainless steel, for example, extends the product life cycle and enables the products to be integrated into a circular economy. Product components made of stainless steel are actually 100% recyclable through melting, unlike products made of plastic.
“Our top priority is to manufacture extraction technology that is precisely tailored to the customer’s production conditions,” says Volker Blankenburg, Managing Director of Blankenburg GmbH. “In order to achieve a long-term business relationship based on partnership, we always design our systems with holistic sustainability aspects in mind so that the customer’s production can run continuously, cleanly, safely and in an environmentally friendly manner.”
Environmentally friendly industry – Evo-Products starts in its own halls
An authentic sustainability concept should start in-house. Evo-Products from Remagen implements this every day at its own site: the high energy consumption, which is common in the industry, is largely offset in an environmentally friendly way by the photovoltaic system on the roof of the production hall. The company’s own electric car charging stations and a fleet of company vehicles consisting of hybrid models enable employees to save emissions on a daily basis. Greenhouse gases are also saved along the supply chain: the preference for regional cooperation partners and suppliers from Europe keeps transport routes as short as possible. Additional trips to intermediate warehouses are eliminated by offering direct delivery to the end customer.
To the POWTECH trade fair
POWTECH will take place in Nuremberg from September 27 to 29, 2022. The leading trade fair for powder, granulate and bulk solids technologies is a meeting place for a wide range of industries, such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food and construction. This year, visitors not only gained insights into the latest trends in mechanical process engineering, but also into the European packaging industry thanks to the combination with the FACHPACK trade fair.
