Very powerful stationary extraction system with high air volume for capturing and filtering dry and hazardous dusts.
Ideal for extracting free-flowing, dry dust and fumes when Welding, grinding, polishing, cutting metals or plastics or at transfer stations.
High quality standards – maintenance-free medium-pressure turbine IE3 suitable for 3-shift operation. Ideal for extracting large volumes of air to capture airborne dust – e.g. from laser cutting. Convenient lowering of the dirt container for easy disposal of the suction material.
Modern cartridge filter system: Resistant polyester filters with large filter surface in dust class M.
Dust class H available on request.
On the control side including monitoring and display of filter status.
Automatic time-controlled cleaning of the cartridge filters using compressed air (external compressed air connection required). Integrated impact separator for pre-separation of coarse suction material.
Upgrade EX protection: Device completely earthed through as a preventive protective measure for safe use according to ATEX in Zone 22.
Optional additional protective measures, e.g. relief valve or rupture disk available on request.

Energy-efficient control that can be adapted to the customer’s processes: suction flow control (PID): The air volume requirement is determined by sensors in the system and the frequency inverter automatically regulates to the appropriate negative pressure (mbar display) or
Speed control: The output of the system is set to a fixed speed (Hz. display).
